Our Approach

A clear path from evidence to action.

Technical rigour, transparent assumptions and commercial practicality at every stage of your assessment.

Discovery and scope definition

Agree facility objectives, decision needs, boundaries, available information and the appropriate depth of assessment.

Data gathering and site assessment

Review utility and interval data, asset information, operating practices and relevant site conditions.

Engineering analysis and modelling

Develop an energy baseline and investigate system performance using our in-house proprietary software, built on years of hands-on engineering experience and insights from multiple energy audits. Test scenarios and document assumptions and uncertainty.

Prioritised financial and technical recommendations

Compare opportunities against indicative CAPEX, modelled savings, simple payback, operational risks and implementation constraints.

Implementation support and performance verification

Provide agreed technical support and define how outcomes should be measured after changes are made.

Decision-ready deliverables

Depending on the engagement, reporting may include an executive summary, energy baseline, opportunities register, indicative CAPEX, modelled savings, simple payback, assumptions, risks and verification recommendations.

Not every project includes every deliverable. Scope and reporting are agreed before work begins.
